Into the Dark

Everything is dark, my body is filled with scars
There's no way I can break these walls
Yes I've whispered to my shadow
It's face smiles to my ruin

With drops of blood I fall
In the shades of beauty I crawl
In timeless shape of dark
I cut myself again, and again and again

It's quiet so I can hear myself bleed
The surface is rising
This silence is haunting me
As my whispers run through my head
I can't escape into my thoughts
The pain brings me back to my death
I will breathe my poison
And with every drop I die

And so darkness tests me
With it's every whisper
Blackness fills my chamber
I inhale my cold blood

I will vanish in darkness
Behind these stone walls I've built
I will fade into my whispers
Drown in my blood

Buried in the ashes of life
Forever in the darkness of mine
Called from the dead of the night
Spat to the stream of death

Chains break my arms as black room is filled with blood
The cold whispering thought I can feel it suffocating my lungs

Blood deepens this silence
Before this night is done
I shall be forgotten
In the dark
Let this life be gone now
