Gruesome death, too horrible to bear
The coffin sealed, a hellish sight we're spared
Turn, and look away
From the face, of decay

Morbid thoughts, buried just beneath
The mockery, of a funeral wreath
Dismembered, memories
Of a life, that used to be

Death lies waiting just beyond
A rotting corpse left when they're gone
Open grave to seal them in
They will never rise again
