When you laugh at me, my eyes tear
Up and I can't see, the gaze staring through me
Your cold heart makes you
Seem to not care for me
I have given my heart to you
And you took everything from me

These past mistakes in life
These shared times in pain
What as the point to hurt me?

Remember what I told you?
That if you were to be mine
I would do everything for you
And now that it is over
I am in disbelief

All I think of is what could be
