False Prophets

I saw men's ambition destroy the whole world
They couldn't see it
Gold blinded all sights

All living things are disposable if they are not profitable
They can't feel a thing but contempt
From the ivory tower nothing looks so bad

We march towards extinction

I saw ignorance decimate our own kind
Based on colour, belief, gender, ethnicity
Apathy dictated who should live and was applauded
By those who claim being close to God
