Here's To Those Days

As I lie around and I wonder where is my life going,
the distortions on and the tears flow through my eyes.
Try to talk about it when i need that pick me up,
but its doesnt seem to last and soon im down again.
It hurts the most when i hear those special songs,
the ones we listened to on those days we spent.
But now those times are gone so whats left?
Why am i the one left in this room of regret?
Of cold thoughts and forgotten memories
a cry for help awaiting a reply,
someone please help this guy.

that special day,
