Nature provides everything for man
Nature provides can't you overstand?
Out of rest I go to the spring, to feel
Fresh in the morning, then bush tea
And a meal warm to make I structure cool and calm

On my way to the woods to prepare something good
Health and strength from the food I eat
Jah gave I herb and meat
