Well I'm fighting a cold again.
My clock laughs it's half past ten.
But I've gotta get up and I've gotta go to work.
My life in new places seems so far away.
"Take me out tonight," she said.
When all I want is my own bed.
But I've gotta go out.
Or I'll make my friends shout.
About me, so sappy, so lame. So old.
I never understood why we can't have a rest.
Stuck in this no-man's land and both sides are the best.
