The herd is on its way home
And the shepherd's eyes are dreaming
His feet are walking on burning stones
And he prays, it will be raining

Dark clouds hanging in the sky
There's a far away lightning
The well is cracked and dry
And the lions feel like fighting

Everybody will soon be hiding

not a single bird is flying
the rain will fall tonight

The Wild Beast close to stampeding
The hyenas are getting wreckless
Tryin' to catch a calf that's bleeding

The drought is causin' chaos
There's no water, there's no food
And hope is just as grey as
The ashes of burning wood
