I hurt for the copper sky
And i long for the warm breeze
The islands moving with the waves
Like lovers in the sea

To be there in her warmth
To be a part of her embrace
To ride the back across the water
And watch the others race
To see the lady with her king
In all their majesty

I'd give my life to spend a day

It was not for nothing i was called
To hear these words
The silence of this world diminished
With each one i heard
But the whispers in her heart
Are all i'd ever need to live

To be there when the night becomes
Too dark to see your way
To wake up to the colors of
A dream put on display
To see where i was meant to be
And finally understand
