Hot Chocolate & Twinkle Lights

It's cuddle weather and i'm curled in bed alone.
I'm making figures, i'm starring at my phone.
Gotta love winter, but it's just myself this year.
I'm trying so hard, to maintain my christmas cheer.
Music playing, snowflakes falling, it's hard to let it go.
Hot chocolate is my friend,
Twinkle lights, make my heart mend.
Holiday spirit keeps me strong.
Who needs mistletoe at all?
Just be with friends, and have a ball.
Bad or good, nothing to fear.
Santa, i'm okay this year.
I go for walks, just to feel december air.
I'd be lying if i said i didn't care.
But scarves & gloves make me feel so safe & warm.
I know this season, i can get through any storm.
Music playing, snowflakes falling, i can let it go.
Sometimes i'm wide awake,
Sometimes my heart will ache.
But that's nothing that a christmas tree can't heal.
I'd give all my presents, just to feel this real.
