Möchte ich ein Gebet für alle da draußen sprechenI like to say a prayer for everyone out there
Da wir in einer solchen Welt lebenBeing that we live in such a world
Ist es ein Wunder, dass wir überhaupt die Chance haben zu betenIt's a wonder that any of us get the chance to pray
Deshalb möchte ich dieses Gebet widmenSo I like to dedicate this prayer
Allen Sündern auf der ganzen WeltTo all the sinners all over the world
Und das bedeutet jedenAnd that means everybody
Und es geht ungefähr so:And it goes something like this

Vater unser, der du bist im HimmelOur father, who art in heaven
Geheiligt werde, geheiligt werde dein NameHallowed be, hallowed be thy name
Dein Reich kommeThy kingdom come
Dein Wille gescheheThy will be done
Auf Erden wie im HimmelOn earth as it is in heaven

Gib uns heute unser tägliches BrotGive us this day our daily bread
Und vergib uns unsere Schuld, wie auch wir vergeben unseren SchuldigernAnd forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us
Und führe uns nicht in VersuchungAnd lead us not into temptation
Sondern erlöse uns von dem BösenBut deliver us from evil
Denn dein ist das ReichFor thine is the kingdom
Und die Kraft und die HerrlichkeitAnd the power and the glory
