Night Falls

Shadows dance across the floor
I feel the dark once more
Light fades from my window pane
As night brings on the rain

All the fear is gone
Finally withdrawn
As lights begin to fade
I found my own crusade

And never could we find much better days
The night reminds us all
Until the sun returns and casts its rays
From far away
High away nightfalls

I journeyed through the deepest night
In hopes to find delight
I found my way from fevers eyes
I could not hide disguise
