Synopsis

El narrador nos dice que estamos a punto de escuchar la historia de una persona como cualquiera de nosotros, un soñador, cuyos sueños se hicieron realidad (PRÓLOGUE). Volvemos a los tiempos bíblicos y nos encontramos con Jacob, que tuvo doce hijos de los cuales José era su favorito (JACOB E HIJOS). Para mostrar su amor por José, Jacob le da un abrigo multicolor (BAT DE JOSEPH). Los hermanos de José se resienten con el favoritismo y el hecho de que José tenga grandes aspiraciones (JOSEP'S SUEÑOS). Encargadas de celos, los hermanos lo tiran en un pozo y lo van a dejar allí cuando los ismaelitas se les acerquen. Cambian de opinión y venden a José a la esclavitud en Egipto, diciéndole a su padre que había sido asesinado por una cabra (PODER JOSÉ/UN ÁNGEL MÁS EN EL CIELO)Narrator tells us we are about to hear the story of a person like any one of us - a dreamer - whose dreams came true (PROLOGUE). We jump back to Biblical times and meet Jacob, who had twelve sons of whom Joseph was his favorite (JACOB AND SONS). To show his love for Joseph, Jacob gives him a multi-coloured coat (JOSEPH'S COAT). Joseph's brothers resent the favoritism and the fact that Joseph has high aspirations (JOSEPH'S DREAMS). Fraught with jealousy, the brothers throw him in a pit and are going to leave him there when they are approached by the Ishmaelites. They change their minds and sell Joseph off to slavery in Egypt, telling their father he had been killed by a goat (POOR POOR JOSEPH / ONE MORE ANGEL IN HEAVEN).
