Whitetail in the fescue grass

There's a wild turkey dancin'
Out across the river road

I bet he's headed up to Rock Creek
That's a favorite spot of mine
Coming up on the Phillip's field
Where I bailed all that hay
And I can almost see my PapPaw
Standin' there today and it gets me
