They say we're called to keep the 99
Leave it to Elohim but it ain't for me
But the Shepherd
He still walks into the dark for the one
So why wouldn't I?

They told me: Stay safe inside the fold
But love don't hide behind control
If He leaves the flock for the broken soul
Then who am I to close those doors?

Imitate the One who carried the cross
Not the crowd that counted the cost

I walk where the Shepherd walked (every wall)
Through the valley, through the loss
He's the Door, not a wall I built
If I'm His son (I move how He willed)
(No other way, no other name)
He is the truth, the Shepherd I adore (I adore)

Hired hands talk gates and gain
But they never loved through rain
I've seen truth crawl through blood and dirt
Grace don't fear a little hurt

Ain't no shortcut through the kingdom
Every key got a scar on it
You don't preach what you won't bleed for
Sons ain't hired, they're born in it

There's only one Door
No side entrance, no loophole in love
Every son that walks through Him learns to bleed truth
That's the way, not the way around

This is the light, so it feels like it's echoing
From the back of the church hall, yeah
