"It's drizzling and ah out in this ah, you know, lush field
in the distance there's this dove sitting ah, sitting there.
And each time I told the crowd of people to look at the dove,
it would dive down. And this happened three times, I'd look at the
dove, it's there... it would dive down. And then ah, they were like
oh you know... So as we were walking away I turned back."

i was 5 miles up in the atmosphere
i was half asleep when i landed here
kept my eyes half-closed when the tide came in
heard the rushing waves and i slept again

sunday i'll get back into the sky
but i can wait much longer if i try

so i tell myself in a daydream trance
when i wake back up give me half a chance
then a girl showed up (she was heaven sent)
so i sent her back (wasn't what i meant)

monday i'll get back into the sky

behind the sun someone is waiting for me
