Und im hellen Licht / funkeln alle Glitzer in der Luft /And in the bright light / shine all the sparkles in flight /
halt mich fest / überschreite einfach die Grenze /hold me tight / just cross the line /
Worte fangen still / all diese Zeit /words capture silently / all this time /
erinnert mich jetzt / an Inseln, die still emporsteigen /reminds me now / of islands rising silently /
Wüstenzonen / und westliche Kuppeln /desert zones / and western domes /
Schritte klingen so einsam / Reisen in Träume /footsteps sound so lonely / Travelling into dreams /
vergangene Jahreszeiten, in Grau gehüllt / der schwache, sterbende Strahl /passing season gloved in grey / the feeble dying beam /
seine Schmerzen ohne Ekstase / so, jetzt /its pain without ecstasy / so, now /
das Kontakt ist verloren / nichts als ein Gefühl der Angst /the contact is lost / nothing but a sense of fear /
und heute Nacht / ist der Ozean still /and tonight / the ocean is quiet /
seine Gewässer für immer tot / und sag mir /it's waters forever dead / and so tell me /
warum Vernunft und Leben / in unverhüllten Wünschen verloren sind /why reason and lives / are lost inside unveiled desires /
