Bij de drempel van het labyrint binneninAt the threshold of the labyrinth within
Ze biedt haar hand zodat we kunnen begrijpenShe offers her hand that we may understand
De schatten die wachten aan het einde van de reisThe treasures that await at journey's end

O Grote Moeder heeft van Haar lichaam gegevenO Great Mother has given of Her body
We danken voor Haar vrucht en Haar graanWe give thanks for Her fruit and Her grain
We ruimen de velden op zodat de oogst van volgend jaarWe then clear the fields so that next harvest's yields
Weer vol en overvloedig zal zijn.Will be full and abundant again.

Oude Vrouw leidt ons door de duisternisOld Woman leads us through the darkness
Onze meest oude en vertrouwde vriendOur most ancient and trusted of friends
Ze draagt het licht van spiritueel inzichtShe carries the light of spiritual insight
En leidt ons weer naar onze wijsheidAnd leads us to our wisdom once again

En terwijl we door de duisternis reizenAnd as we journey through the darkness
En terwijl we blijven dalenAnd as we continue to descend
Leren we los te laten wat onze ziel verduistertWe learn to let go of what obscures our soul
En herontdekken we ons ware wezen aan het einde.And re-discover our true being in the end
