Rain,
Endless eyes crying;
And every day i’ll see a face i’ll never see again.
And when two rain drops merge
Here today
One plus one is one

The tears,
They splatter in two
They scatter into cracks beneath the cloud that splits in two,
One over two is two.

The figure
Draped in dark shroud-
The rain,
The window-
One splits into a million
Shards of glass;
Every day i'll see that face,
A face i'll never see again.

I have folded you,
Given you wings-
Tossed you against the wind
And i watched you spiraling down
Why did you not fly?

Slice through flesh and bone
Only way inside,
Can you find your heart?
