I start this note with a surprise
sometimes i wish
when I wake up I wouldn't see the sunrise
I live for the dream
Not the reality
I don't need there hate or brutality

And watch me fade away
Help me win this one today

My will of passion
I made it this far and
For this I feel blessed
Yea...

My only hopes come
around the heart and through the soul
give me the gift to find
myself whole
Your riches are my poverty

They told me what to do
and how to be
But there lucrative thoughts
wouldn't change me
