I Believe In Everything

I had decided there was not much I believe in
I tried it all and nothing much appealed to me

My life was all the same then you walked up to me

I believe in beauty in the trees
I believe in life when a puppy breathes
I believe in music when I hear a song
That children sing
I believe in helping if I see fear
I believe in crying when I feel a tear
I believe in love when you are near
I believe in everything

I miss so much in life because I rush right through it
You slowed me down enough to make me see the way
The love you gave me slowly opened up my blind eyes
What I never saw for years I see every day
