Farewell To Arms

I have no choice, he was my only hope.
A surgeon need both his arms, not just one!
So you see my, transplanted grotesqueness stayed, so did i.
I live only for the day i could work with a sucessfull transplant to my body.
That is why i stay.

Just calm myself and take a deep breath, all hope's not lost.
The fear in my head is just wearing down my heart.
Soon i'll drop the gun, farewell to arms... farewell.
