Poor Circle

this is the story now things don't turn around
i've fallen out of circulation, and i can barely stand with a chalk hand

then something in her head said 'find me, this is what i want you for'
she said 'look i've only got to pieces to go and what've i got to show'

here's a poor circle, that i'm working on
it won't go back now, where it started from

it was quiet in the kitchen now it's driving my car
it's got two heads but it won't reason
keeps breaking all it's heels when it cartwheels

then something in her head said 'disguise me, this is what i want you for'
i said 'look i've only got to pieces to go, and i'll tell you what i know'
