The clown is back in town
The people were waiting for him
He can make all of them laugh
How about going there to see?
It's funny when he falls on the ground
And the way that he screams
The tear painted on his face
And the messy red wig

I don't know, what is he hiding?
He looks really so sad to me
Behind the painted face no one can really see
That he's the one who needs to be set free

End of show, he took a walk around
And sat near to the trees
Keeping the smile for all the kids
But I can feel all of his grief
Looking now to his misty old cloud
I have a hunch about him
His age is around the twenty seven
Or maybe is thirty three

I don't know, what is he hiding?
That is such a lonely place to be
Behind the painted face lies the thunder of the deep
Inside his heart, feels like a sunken ship
