There was a time when I felt bad for every thing I'd done
I used to pray for every sin and every lie
And I lived in constant fear that God is watching all the time
But then when I felt scared and unprepared
I heard someone say

There was a man where I grew up in our neighborhood
He used to play with all the kids and give them toys
Then some of the children told their moms that he was more than just a friend
When the church found out they bailed him out
Because his faith was strong
