きょうもよぞらにうかべたひげんじつのなか
Kyou mo yozora ni ukabeta higenjitsu no naka
I paint stars on a pitch-black canvas
まっくろなキャンバスにほしをえがく
Makkuro na kyanbasu ni hoshi wo egaku
In silence, what should I cling to, this instinct that circles around?
せいじゃく、めぐるほんのうとすがるべきなにか
Seijyaku, meguru honnou to sugaru beki nani ka
Once again, the cry of angels echoes through the air
またひびきわたるてんしのさけび
Mata hibiki wataru tenshi no sakebi
The melody of despair plays a tune of sin
かなでるひめいははいとくのしらべ
Kanaderu himei wa haitoku no shirabe
Tears fall, slicing through the beautiful starry sky
きれいなほしぞらをきりさいてふらせたなみだ
Kirei na hoshizora wo kirisaite furaseta namida

The night I gazed at the dancing stardust
まいおどるほしくずながめたよるは
Maiodoru hoshikuzu nagameta yoru wa
I was still laughing
まだわらってた

In silence, what should I protect as time flows?
せいじゃく、ながれるじかんとまもるべきなにか
Seijyaku, nagareru jikan to mamoru beki nani ka
The creeping anxiety and the twisted moon
うつりこんだふあんといびつなつき
Utsurikonda fuan to ibitsu na tsuki
The hope I wrote is a colorless flower
かいたきぼうはむさいしょくのはな
Kaita kibou wa musaishoku no hana
Looking up at the unreachable starry sky
とどかぬほしぞらみあげて
Todokanu hoshizora miagete

The stardust seems like it might spill out
こぼれてしまいそうなほしくず
Koborete shimai sou na hoshikuzu
I was holding on so it wouldn’t disappear
きえてしまわぬようにまもってた
Kiete shimawanu you ni mammotteta
I wished for it
ねがってた
Negatteta
I was happy
しあわせだった
Shiawase datta
Even if the sky breaks and falls
もしもそらがはがれるおちても
Moshi mo sora ga hagareru ochite mo
I’ll paint over it again and again
なんどでもぬりつぶせるから
Nando demo nuritsubuseru kara

このらせんのなか
