Verse 1: (Adam)
Break the silence of a new day
By the sound of bombs up high,
Now it's time to terrorize.
I see the balls of flame
As they're exploding in the sky,
And I start to run for my life.
Deafening blows to rip the night
Bombs dropping on our head
Weve got to fight or end up dead.
The sky is torn and
Terror and fear grip the hearts of men
As the murderers return again.

Try to fight but in the night
I cannot see the enemy planes,
We fire at them but it's in vain.
They see me down below
They're waiting there for me to die,
Now I have nowhere to hide.
I run but then inferno builds
New walls around me here,
Filling my spirit with fear.
I try to escape
But the fire grows so bright it stabs my eyes,
So i charge with a blind battle cry.

I can't find reason behind all this fighting
Why can't anyone see
The pointlessness in battle, is it necessary
Or is it only for the glory?
