Cowboy Christmas

Riding through the snow the wind is howling
I've gotta make it home for Christmas Eve
And even though my body's almost freezing
I can hardly feel the chill inside of me

I was chosen to go on a special mission
I'm representing all the family
Where we'll spend our happy holidays together
I'm searching for the perfect Christmas tree

How can I forget a cowboy Christmas
The memories will be with me all my days
I've never felt so right as I did on Christmas night
And I hope that it will always be that way

I will hear the spurs a-jingling in our ranch house
The air will fill with happiness and glee
We'll all make the Christmas decorations
Singing carols as we place them on the tree

I already smell my momma's country cooking
And daddy's apple cider flowing free
We'll celebrate the coming of our Savior
And that's what a cowboy Christmas is to me
