Another day
Shame in hand with apology, for being the things that let you down
That I'm so hard pressed to change
Trapped alone beneath, an ideal of who to be
But you can't relate or realize now
That you've pushed me again to something that I can't be
And its all so much that you ask from me,
when I try so hard to be what you expect
But I can't win and you won't forget
Another day
And only this guilt drives me
That leads to putting off what I want to be
Putting off what's meant for me
But you can't relate or realize now
That you've pushed me aside
this is how you'll leave me
Try to understand that no one believes
Or sees it my way, I guess that I'm wrong
No matter where I go I will never belong
Amount to something, at least try to be
Amount to someone, oh yeah, we're begging please
