Psalm 57

O God I praise you,

Have mercy God for in you my soul rests
In you I'll refuge till the disaster has passed
For you are God most high who has a plan for me
You send salvation and deliver me from enemies

O God I praise you

I am in the midst of beasts that kill with words
They dig their pit for me but they fall into it afterwards
So my hearts steadfast and all my fears are gone
And I will praise your name until awakens the dawn

O God I praise you

So to all peoples I will glorify your name
And to all nations
I will praise your name without a shame
For your love and faithfulness
Will outlast the earth and sea
Be exalted God for yours is the honor and glory
