Ihr werdet von Kriegen und Gerüchten über Kriege hören,You will hear of wars and rumours of wars,
aber sorgt dafür, dass ihr euch nicht erschreckt.but see to it that you are not alarmed.
Solche Dinge müssen geschehen,Such things must happen,
aber das Ende steht noch bevor.but the end is still to come.
Volk wird sich gegen Volk erheben,Nation will rise against nation,
und Königreich gegen Königreich.and kingdom against kingdom.
Es wird Hungersnöte und ErdbebenThere will be famines and earthquakes
an verschiedenen Orten geben.in various places.
All dies ist der Anfang der Wehen. All these are the beginning of birth-pains.

Dann werdet ihr ausgeliefert werden,Then you will be handet over
verfolgt und getötet,to be pesecuted and put to death,
und ihr werdet von allen Nationen gehasst, and you will be hated by all nations
wegen mir.because of me.
Zu dieser Zeit werden viele vom Glauben abfallenAt that time many will turn away
und einander verraten und hassen, from the faith and will betray and hate each other,
und viele falsche Propheten werden erscheinenand many false prophets will appear
und viele Menschen verführen.and deceive many people.
Wegen der Zunahme der GesetzlosigkeitBecause of the increase of wickedness,
wird die Liebe der meisten erkalten, the love of most will grow cold,
aber wer bis zum Ende standhaft bleibt, wird gerettet werden.but he who stands firm to the end will be saved.
(Mt. 24:6-13)(Mt. 24:6-13)

Ich glaube, dass du der Christus bist,I believe that you are the christ,
das Kind Gottes, der in diese Welt kommen sollte.the son of god, who was to come into this world.
