The Lucid Journey

Let roam the seed of knowledge
Spawned from a substance pure
The will to power and the will to rule
These lucid dreams I do hold dear
Dreams of fire and a world surreal
Repulsive but drawing slowly nearer.
Carve hovering monuments from the living earth
Carve out the womb so that it may give birth
Pierce matter
Pierce my mind, open up the gaze
Pierce thy eyes through the ghostly haze
Stir the substance foul and sour
Invoke the flesh that I devour
Lap up text and vomit forth disease
