I don't believe nothing is wrong

I don't relive my past
I don't believe in much
I don't believe in the system
It never works the way it should
I wanna hear about a livable world
A world of purpose, a world of good
But more it seems that reality has sharper teeth
Is peace a dream?

I don't like people dying
With hate muffling their cries
I cannot find where I belong
I don't believe we've learned from wisdom
But can we learn from the school of regret?
I'm afraid we'll always do it wrong

Belief is inside
I'm swelling with pride

No I'm not, I'm just sick of the TV
Can they see me inside?
Where things never change
But somehow decisions are made
But we're the ones shoveling the shit
And there's no end to it
One more life denied
So much for pride
