Ignorance Is Bliss!

Not everyone is brave enough to confess to themselves.
That isn't life isn't beautiful, just moments with someone else.
For those brief moments we sacrifice
Because in those we seen the light
Does our memory seem to regress?
Do we lose all common sense?

- Is a happy home, just a lucky break
Compromise for harmony's sake
- Assuming duties for the next life
Stopping our freedom to fight

Happiness will last so long as we don't ask
Seek the truth and they'll take us to task
So why do we constantly find questions
When it would be better to find discretion

No thoughts, ignorance is bliss!

Maybe it's worth searching to uncover the mystery
Where the dream turns to a nightmare
Avoiding mistakes and enjoying the silence
Just because my life isn't my life…
Just because my life isn't my life!

- Am I still the master of my fate?
No-one else to complicate
- Have I the right to egotistically stand
