Valhalla's Call

This day a stable Sun arises
A soul has been swallowed by mother night
Revealing our mortality and fear of absent light

Mother veils our lives until the midnight Sun arises next time
In asgard, deathless by odins side and all will follow in due time

Valhalla calls - hear valhalla's call
The ravens cry - the ravennight
Heimdall steps aside the shadow of all life

And now mist is coming up over hills and over mountains
And the mist drops down tardily taking its bed on the corpus of earth

And now mist is coming up over sea and over sky
Occulting the natural light in waiting to mother night
