I walked through ruins made of vows
Past broken oaths and shattered crowns
Each step ignites a sleeping spark
A breath of fire in the dark

They thought the silence sealed my fate
But silence only cultivates
From quiet soil and bitter rain
A new resolve begins to flame

Ashes cling to who I was
But heat still pulses through the dust
A quiet rage, a holy start
The heartbeat of a broken heart

I burn, but not for them to see
This fire is mine, and mine alone
No throne to claim, no chains to flee
Just flames that carve me into stone
Let them forget, let time depart
But I will rise, with emberheart

I buried tears where roots now grow
And let the embers gently glow
No blaze yet born to scorch the sky
But still enough to testify
