Me Lethargy

So this concludes my story
I know it's sad but true
My life is finally ending
As I come unglued

There will be no more smiles
No more summer wind
The whole world rejoices
I make my final sin

So I will always be an asshole
Though I beg not to be
My broken hopeless eyes stare wonder at me
I see you sit through my lethargy

I'm wrong, now I wait to die
Thought all my friends could save me this lie
But this hurts knowing that I'm powerless
Seeing everyday will be the same mess

And so the music got me
And I am left alone
I wish I could be happy
I wish you could have known

What I've done I've done in self-pity
Because of its warmth and irresponsibility
So I'm through, I'll forget you soon
If I never see you again I'll be alright too
