bright life, grim truth
shattering
the memory lagging
bare the weight of the twisting lot

rust
oh lucent dream
stolen from the clutches
as above and so below

descending toward the dusk decay
invocation of the brooding pathos indemnity
unfurl the flag and give chase

hidden in plain sight
red embers smolder in the pyre
