It’s only fair I tell you how
I found myself where I am now
I let myself and others down
Buried my head in the ground

The feeling that you’re losing control
Of things in your life that you can’t hold

Love is our hair intertwined
If love is lost, then loss is grieved
Grief isn’t what I had believed

A makeshift noose that let me down
