Storm Eagle

Sacred eagle soared high
Inviting me to learn
Some new ways of thinking
And seeing beyond borders

Longing for a broader mind
Reaching other planes
Showing truths once hidden
When we lived in cages

There’s a fusion of thoughts and feelings
Making me see wide and clear

Flying into horizons
Riding the storm, tasting freedom
Soaring over the waters
Out of the storm, eagles never die

Starting out a journey
Headed deep inside
Mental enlightenment
Causes me to fly

Honored to be chosen
By such a marvelous guide
Clearing up my vision
As flying by my side

Over the clouds
Thunder’s not loud
Rise up and conquer new heights alone

Gone is the storm
My feelings are warm
Now I’ll fly into my inner sky
