Tumors In My Chest

When I look in the mirror I see a monster I cant kill
And I dont know what to feel
He has tumors, is thin, skeletal
Without skin and cries all the time

So please get me out of this body
Get me out of this place
Throw me in space

I cant stand them looking at me
I feel a freak and it makes me sick
Everyone screams in my ear
I cry cause I'm afraid, I hate this age

They dont know
How I feel
So please let me go
Destroy my fear
