Something Deep Inside

All night, up again till daylight
Restless thoughts, chasing me for some time
A place called home, home for my friends, right
I get up, hit the streets to meet my bride

I walk the masses, stranger to my own life
I’m not lonely, bleeding on the inside
A burning wound, craving for eternity
Unearthing love, something pure and beautiful

It’s something deep inside of me
There’s something wrong

People cry, starving chores and duties
Never touching, talking without reason
To a point, where life gets a meaning
A buddhist or a hedonist, a smile on our faces
