Is there anybody out there, who can tell me the difference between me and you?
never played my cards right, please somebody get me some confidence

so is there anybody out there who can tell me why misery's hiding from you?
never played your cards right but I'm the one who's stuck with the consequence

cause I've been searching for a reason, to keep myself from bad decisions
but I've been getting close to nowhere and I feel like getting home

there's somebody who gets where I am right now
despite the fact that I've been all alone
I've been thinking about it (day and night it's not stopping)
what's the best thing to do?

is there anybody out there who can catch me before I collapse to the floor?
don't know how I got this blind but I can see that nothing can save me from me
