Once I can reach what I long for
I crossed the road I'm safe on the other side
You held me back you must admit it
You always told me that I wasn't worth that much

The night won't wait for the light
To enter the right minds
Bewinged in the rain, like in a cage
I am trapped as the strong wind flies
And when the stars won't shine for us
Then what's to gain?
This is all I've got

My binoculars aiming at the new horizon
The distance is a way of wisdom
A life with feet soaked with concrete
I was stolen and robbed from getting a free seat

This is becoming the best escape
Pity this might just be to late
