Infinite

Today I sense the time passing by
To live again I must find a way out
Through my will, between good and bad
Out of my mind

Keep the faith, but hope will decay -broken inside-
When all is gone, only remains the lies
You said you saw the world going down-
And I'm not blind

So why only now can I understand
The blind faith, the pain, the blood on their hands?
So why only now can I stand your cries?
Live, breath, be!

As we go away, haunted by fears
Of the infinite doubts of our lives
Through the night and day
If the heavens await
It's our destiny, our spirits can't stay

Life's too short for me to seek all the answers
Is this all that we've got?
Do I have the right to understand why?
Someone made of this poetry called life something vain
