Apotheosis

Degenerated reflections
Of glorious inner torment
Scattered emotional visions
Bounds of soul slowly bend

Mysteries of existence materialised
Impure forms, yet strictly governed
By eternal rule and immortal vice
With unfading wisdom adorned

Through this cursed world
My path was destined to run
And with clandestine pride pierce it I shall
Yielding iron will and the spirit of Leviathan

Divinely measured spheres
Unattainable by subhuman kin
Overthrowing insidious illusions
Kindling the flame that dwells within

The mantra of undead souls
Glorification of spiritual mutations
Abomination of life, eternal circles death
An outward spiral of secular temptations

Against the streams of Lethe we are made
The spirit must suffer to ascend
Deification is seized, not granted
Through inner struggle one shall amend

This is my strife for glory
Yet in life this god bears no crown
Nor can one see the sepulchral wings
That elevate my soul beyond
