Way beyond the mountain top
Further than I've ever been
Stands a house alone and old
Given in to rain

Broken boards and weathered roof
Like a symbol of a vivid life
Filled with laughter, filled with joy
Can imagine if you try, you try

Way beyond the winter land
Where trees are standing in line
Lay the bricks of someones home
Forgotten by time

And now, now that I am breathing in the deep
Can I, how can I live in this lucid dream

This old house has stories too
Every scar and every hole
Tells a story, strong and true
