Dreamscape

(verse 1)
In his reoccurring desert dream
The boy is only one inch tall.
Walking desperately for miles and miles,
He has no hope at all.

He awakens wide eyed and terrified
Of this hell in his young mind.
Seeing yet not being seen,
Dreaming but not in a dream.

(verse 2)
Night falls with desperate screams
On his knees in a dark room.
Mortified beyond belief he finds,
For eternity he can not move.

Grasping hold of every breath,
Inaudible words he speaks.
Praying that he's still alive
As his body shakes and freaks.
