Wildcat Kelly, lookin' mighty pale,
Was standing by the sheriff's side;

"I'm sending you to jail,"

Was sitting by his sweetheart's side,
And when his sweetheart said:
"Come on, let's settle down,"
Wildcat raised his head and cried:
