suddenly,
everything i've ever known disappears
like a thought in a dream
and returns to silence
there's nothing that i need
from the world behind
because it seems so faraway

i hear someone whisper into my ear
i turn around but find nothing there
until i look up
and i see colors of love
raining down on me

ride the light
i'm stepping out into open sky
